How Do I Set Up My BookWise Bookstore?

Go to BookWise. Click on "Associate Login" in the upper left corner of the page. Enter your username and password and click "Sign In."

 Now you're in your "back office" which is only accessible by you.

Go to "My Web Site" > "My Story." I suggest that you avoid the Step 2 "Story Builder" as I think it produces a stilted introduction. Conversational style will be more appealing. Instead, click on "Skip to Step 3." There you can enter a short biography or some info you want to share with others. Remember that anyone can see this, so you want it to be personal, but very professional. Click "Save Text."

Go to "My Web Site" > "My Photo." Upload a photo or add a URL link to a photo or graphic. 

Go to "My Web Site" > "My Settings." Choose a business name that you want to use. Select this carefully. You want this word to be memorable since it will be part of the web address people use to get to your site. You might want to see if the URL for this name is available as well, if you plan to do a redirect. Click "Save Settings."

Go to "My Web Site" > "My Contact Info." Fill in this form as completely as possible. The text you put under "Full Name" will be the name of your BookWise bookstore! For example, we put "Book Almighty" in this field, so our bookstore header says "Book Almighty BookWise Bookstore." We made this text match the URL from the last step. So our bookstore name (Book Almighty) matches the URL (www.mybookwise.com/bookalmighty).

Now you're ready to open for business. You can send your new URL to everyone you know!
