Someone used my Winning in the Margins passkey, but the lead capture didn't come to me. Why?
If the viewer takes longer than 45 minutes from the time they put the passkey in to the time they get to the request information page, the passkey times out. At that time the system replaces any entered passkey with the default passkey, "win."
The presentation takes 20 minutes, so that allows for 25 minutes of pause time.
